Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

"I will accept returns only if there is a proper video proof while opening the product package. The video must clearly show the product being opened. If any issue is found after opening, it will be considered only when a valid unboxing video is provided. Without video proof, no return or claim will be accepted."


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be in original packaging with tags intact
  • The return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. Return Process

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video proof (if damaged/defective)

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refund will be initiated within 2 days after approval
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of COD, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or wrong product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If unavailable, a full refund will be issued

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be free for defective/wrong items
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from refund

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us for support
